Users keep Breaking fixes

You can help them resolve the first time. But when the problems occurred the second time. They can accuse you of causing the issue or ask you to service again.

Well IT service support can be fine when you leave the place. You never know what funny stuffs they do and install to it to cause problems to it again.

They want it for free

Some people assumed that IT support should be free. Since they can find the information to service it online. Why pay?

The truth is that, come on if you are a professional for your profession. Should they also do it for free also?

When you do it for them for free. They will assume that it is always free. Be stern in your way and expect  token sum for servicing.

I do have friends calling out of nowhere and not contacting a few years. Calling how should i resolve this computer problem?
